Allen Brooks' 20+ year career in sport management, marketing and international project management was initiated by a love of athletics and facilitated by countless coaches, mentors and door openers.  Allen’s athletic pursuits paved the way for collegiate athletic scholarships for basketball and track and field, the attainment of undergraduate and graduate degrees and the opportunity to represent the United States on multiple fields of play.  Achievements include Top 10 rankings in the NJCAA and NCAA (400m hurdles), competing in the 1992 Olympic Trials and being a member of the US Men’s National Team Handball squad training for the 1996 Olympic Games.   

Allen’s professional career has included senior roles on 7 Olympic Games, 2 World Cups and numerous global events in the sport and entertainment industries.   Success has been realized by elevating individual and team performance to achieve what was previously met with skepticism; believing great power is derived from a unified vision built on core values.  Allen recognizes the critical role access, support and resources play in the creation and realization of a personal vision.  This critical component of his journey draws him to UBAGA's inspirational mission and vision.
